Personal Data and Privacy Statement pursuant to Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486) (“Ordinance”)

1.1.1 Personal Identifiable Data: Names, phone numbers, address / email address, social media ID, age / date of birth / ID or passport number, photo etc.. when it is necessary to transact with you (or with other third party on your behalf as authorized;
1.1.2 Usage & context data: Dates, media, device, IP / location, channel, media and details of communication and transactions;
1.1.3 Information from third party: If you decide to sign on or use our service through third party, or appoint us to engage you with third party such as jobs or courses, your personal and usage information from third party will be collected;
1.1.5 Information provided in promotional activities and questionnaires including your career objectives, personal preference, online behavior and transaction habits

2.1. We have taken steps to ensure that we do not collect more information (whether or not such information constitutes Personal Data) from you than is necessary for us to provide you with our services and other purposes as set out in Section 2.2 below.

2.2.6 To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
2.2.7 To evaluate Your eligibility or suitability: for any jobs, projects, learning courses or career/business related products and services that we may introduce to you .
2.2.8 Making such disclosures as may be required by any law / regulation or court / regulatory orders of any country applicable to us,
2.2.9 Legal and contractual related disclosure In order to prevent any harm or financial loss to us, our staff members or our affiliates / clients, we may provide such personal information to any courts / tribunals, insurance agencies / lawyers / debt collection agencies, or other parties in the process of dealing with any claim or potential claim / legal actions whether brought against or initiated by us, our clients or any others;

If You interact with other users or register through a Third-Party Social Media Service, Your contacts on the Third-Party Social Media Service may see Your name, profile, pictures and description of Your activity. Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of Your activity, communicate with You and view Your profile.

3. Security of Data
3.1. We will NOT transfer your personal data to any third party for their direct marketing - any collaborated marketing will comply with this policy and all data remain in our control
3.2. Your information may be processed in or outside the Companies' offices, any devices owned or leased by us, or public cloud tenants not owned but controlled by us - we will ensure if those locations are outside Hong Kong, a similar level of data privacy acts and control are in place.
3.3. Security Best Practice The security of your data is very important to us. We constantly follow industry best practices in data collection, transmission, storage, deletion, backup and BYOD management. We adhere to vendor or professional body recommended authorization, authentication and intrusion defense management to minimize risk of data leakage or loss. We adopt a levelling approach on our dataset and security practices - apply different level of security protection so we can better protect datasets with high sensitivity

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let You know via email (for major change and high relation data objects) and/or a prominent notice on our website, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date and version number at the top of this Privacy Policy.
