Course Objectives:

This one year – final stage Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Studies (BABS) degree aims to educate students with good competency to respond rapidly, flexibly and effectively to the ever increasing pace of change in the business world.

Business success worldwide can only be achieved through people. This program seeks to develop greater understanding of how work affects people’s lives and how people’s behaviour at work affects the success of organization. It is a complex task to develop individual to understanding a range of business disciplines closely linked to their applications, and to facilitate the development of individual management skills.

This BABS program consists of series of lectures, tutorials, case studies, presentation, roles play, discussions and examinations to develop participants with practical skills and contemporary knowledge on the most needed competency required by the industry.

Entry Requirement(s):

  1. ABRS Adv Dip in Business Admin, or
  2. Cambridge International Diploma in Management, or
  3. HKIBA Grad Dip, or
  4. HKMA DMS, or
  5. HKU SPACE HDip Business / Logisitics & Transport, or
  6. CityU DMS, or
  7. ICOM Post Dip, or
  8. CU HDip Business Studies / Bus & Corp Admin, or
  9. PolyU Exe Dip in Mgnt, or
  10. Mature candidate with equivalent academic background and long working experience in management / administration, or
  11. Other equivalent qualifications, plus E grade or above on HKCEE English Syllabus B
