Course Objectives:

Business success worldwide can only be achieved through people. This program seeks to develop greaterunderstandingof how work affectspeople’s lives and how people’s behaviour at work affects thesuccess of organization. It is a complex task to develop individual to understanding a range of business disciplines closely linked to their applications, and to facilitate the development of individual management skills.


This BABA program consists of series of lectures, tutorials, case studies, presentation, roles play, discussions and examinations to develop participants with practical skills and contemporary knowledge on the most needed competency required by the industry.

Entry Requirement(s):

     Applicants should possess an acceptable qualification equivalent to year one of a business degree:
  1. Secondary school graduates with certificates and diplomas in related disciplines such as Cert. in Business Studies or Diploma in Business from VTC/IVE
  2. Diploma in Administrative Management from a recognized institute
  3. Completion of degree year one related to business
  4. Other combination of study that is equivalent
      Plus: plus E grade or above on HKCEE English Syllabus B or TOEFL 550 or above, or equivalent
