Course Objectives: This series of programs prepare for Diploma level training and business/administrative management. Candidates may optionally sit for the Diploma in Administrative Management by Institute of Administrative Management and are eligible to use the designation AInstAM(Dip). After successful completion of Diploma and Advanced Diploma level courses, you may also apply for entry to University of Lincoln BBA (Hons) - Bachelor in Business Administration or Heriot-Watt University BA in HK or UK, or other degree with advance standing (for reference only and subject to final approval of university)
Course Structure
Annual Cycle: The course is a combination of guided learning, tutorial seminars, and examinations. (Full set of course notes are included)

(Approximately 50 - 55 hours of tutorial seminars are scheduled for each term)
Case Study: This module consists of 16 hours of workshops and tutorials. It is intended to present the candidate with an opportunity to apply analytical skills, combined with appropriate knowledge and common sense, to a real-life situations. The case study is only open to candidates who proceed to the last module of the programme.

HK$5,000 for each term two modules, 2nd and 3rd instalment to be made within 30 days prior to commencement of subsequent modules. (individual module fees: HK$2,600 per module)(The information is for reference and is subject to change. Confirmed fee and program information will be provided to each registered student upon prior to program commencement with official chop and endorsement.)

Examinations, Award & Advancement
1) Internal examinations are held at the end of each term with a Diploma awarded for passes in all subjects and all required pre-requisites
2) Advancement to next level is confirmed for those with AVERAGE pass of SIX papers provided no subject falls 5% below a pass, or a minimum of 4 passes are achieved (further make up required)
3) External Examination: IAM Diploma in Administrative Management will be awarded to those who have successful passed the 6 papers (2 hours each) and the case study (3 hours). Those who initially pass paper 1, 2, & 3 will be awarded an IAM Certificate.
Admission Requirement:
Admission: Age 21 plus HKCEE 5 passes incl. Maths. & English and minimum one year’s relevant experience (some prior study in commerce is normally expected), or a F.7 graduate. Those without English at GCE O level equivalent are expected to advance your English language standard to GCE ‘O’ level standard during the course of study in the program. Those who fall short of the above requirement may join as a non-award/non-credit student.
Those without sufficient background may be recommended to take further supporting courses or Foundation Level program.

Application Deadline
: 7 days before course commencement. Seats are limited and you should enrol as early as possible to secure your acceptance.) Late applicants are accepted only subject to special assessment and late administration fee of $80 will be charged . Late application will cause delay of your study materials etc.Remarks: This course is soley operated by ABRS Centre for Professional Development at 702-3 Tung Sun Commercial Bldg., 194-200 Lockhart Road, Wanchai. It is the discretion of individual employers to recognized any awards to which the courses might lead to. External examination and advancement path is for reference only. ABRS is not liable for any such change made by external bodies.
